Die Vertragsparteien auf Bundesebene haben zwei Ergänzungen zu den "Klarstellungen der Vertragsparteien nach § 17b Abs. 2 Satz 1 KHG zur Fallpauschalenvereinbarung 2007 (FPV 2007)" vereinbart. Die Ergänzungen betreffen die Abrechnung von Neugeborenen-Fallpauschalen bei (Wieder-)Aufnahme und Rückverlegung (lfd. Nr. 7) sowie die Fristenberechnung bei Wiederaufnahmen und Rückverlegungen (lfd. Nr. 8).

Die sich daraus ergebenden Konsequenzen für die Datenlieferung gemäß § 21 KHEntgG für das Datenjahr 2005 werden in der Beschreibung des Fehlerverfahrens dargestellt.
