Vereinbarung nach § 21 KHEntgG - Aktualisierte Anlage: DRG-Daten 2007 für die Erhebung 2008

Die Vertragsparteien auf Bundesebene haben sich am 21.09.2007 auf eine Anpassung der "Anlage zur Vereinbarung über die Übermittlung von DRG-Daten nach §21 Abs. 4 und Abs. 5 KHEntgG" (§21-Vereinbarung) verständigt.

In der Datei "Fall" wurde das Datenfeld der eindeutigen und über die Zeit stabilen Patientennummer zu einem Mussfeld umgewandelt. Die Abwesenheitstage bei Neueinstufung 'Tage der Beurlaubung/ohne Behandlung' eines DRG-Falls in Folge einer externen Verlegung mit nachfolgender Rückverlegung oder in Folge einer Wiederaufnahme sind korrespondierend durch die Angabe der Pseudo-Fachabteilungsangaben '0001' (Rückverlegung) und '0002' (Wiederaufnahme) für externe Aufenthalte gem. § 301 SGB V in der Datei "FAB" zu dokumentieren.
