Die Vertragsparteien auf Bundesebene haben sich auf eine Anpassung der "Anlage zur Vereinbarung über die Übermittlung von DRG-Daten nach §21 Abs. 4 und Abs. 5 KHEntgG" (§21-Vereinbarung) verständigt.
